Ouvert, bien exprimé

Palate

Belle intensité aromatique. Notes légèrement thiolées, rappelant le buis. Beaucoup de fraîcheur avec néanmoins des notes solaires, de fruits mûrs. Attaque ample, belle montée en puissance. Beaucoup d'équilibre mêlant la fraîcheur et la gourmandise. Beau prolongement gras et ample.
